Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring children?
Thinking of bringing your little ones? Absolutely, they're welcome! Just keep in mind, it can get busy with fellow book enthusiasts. You might find bringing a pushchair really handy as it also doubles up as somewhere to hold your books while you shop.
Just a heads up, we kindly ask you to avoid bringing food and drinks into our warehouse – we like to keep it clean and tidy for everyone.
Book Returns
Wondering if you can return books? As part of our policy, we're unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding on this.
What books will you have in stock?
It's an exciting surprise every time! Our stock varies from sale to sale and even day to day. Rest assured, we always aim to have a diverse selection of books to choose from.
What is the parking like?
+ CHRISTCHURCH: In Christchurch, we don't have on-site parking, so you'll need to find a spot on the street. We kindly ask you to avoid blocking other businesses’ entrances or using their private parking areas.
+ AUCKLAND: In Auckland we have some parking spaces available on site, in addition to street parking. Again, please respect our neighbours and avoid obstructing access to nearby businesses.
