Need to swap out resources? No problem, read on for what to do.

For example, have too many Practice Book 5’s and need more Practice Book 2’s? Just send the extra Practice Book 5’s back to us, and we’ll send you the same number of Practice Book 2’s in return.

You can exchange:
+ 2 x KA or KB Student Books for 1 x Practice Book
+ Teacher Guide’s (for other Teacher Guide’s)
+ Coursebooks (for other Coursebooks)
+ Practice Books (for other Practice Books)
+ Student Books (for other Student Books)

A few things to keep in mind:
+ Resources must be unused and in brand-new condition. We can’t accept damaged returns.
+ You’ll cover the cost of shipping items back to us, but we’ll handle the cost of shipping the replacements to you.
+ Exchanges are for like-for-like swaps only; we can’t offer cash or credit for returned items.
+ Simply fill out the exchange form and include it with your return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please download this information and arrange to return your surplus stock, free of charge, to the Ministry of Education.
